Mr Tan Chin Sing has over 60 years of experience and expertise in the complex industrial hardware business. He has successfully built up the business through product line and customer base expansion. His strengths in business development led to the securing of key contracts and long term businesses with Carrier, Telecom (Currently known as Singtel) and Bridgestone Factory.
Mr Tan is a seasoned industrial veteran who provides mentorship and advisory to the board of directors as well as key appointment holders. He also extends counsel and guidance over strategic areas in intralogistics, supply chain management, and corporate administration.
Joseph Tan
Co-CEO, PT
Joseph has over 21 years of industrial and business management experience and assumes full P&L responsibility for the Group. With a proven track record to deliver results, lead transformation growth strategy deployment, he is responsible for growing the Group’s various business units through strategic execution, project and asset management as well as overseeing day to day management and operations.
Apart from working with the Board of Directors in overall corporate direction, business policy and strategic planning, Joseph also oversees key partnerships, legal and regulatory compliance, financial and management reporting, corporate governance and sustainability.
Over the ensuing years at Lian Eng, Joseph also plays an advisory role to both MNC and SME clients on operating optimally in strategic industrial environments with his wealth of private banking experience.
Kelvin Tan

With over 17 years of experience in business development, project management and intralogistics experience, Kelvin is responsible for growing the various business units via business expansion, strategic execution, project and asset management, as well as overseeing day to day management and operations.
Kelvin has built up decades of relationship management experience. He has a proven track record on successful new market development, acquiring and leading client relationships, as well as providing solutions on a broad range of Conveying Systems/ Industrial Automation solutions and services tailored to the needs of different regional clients.
Prior to joining Lian Eng Group, Kelvin was a former Bank Relationship Manager for over 12 years. Well versed with specialist knowledge and product expertise in developing solutions for high net-worth clients in the region, he provides advisory on complex wealth management, intergenerational wealth transfer and other sophisticated needs.
Daniel Tan

Daniel has built up deep expertise in highly specialised industries of Aerospace, Petrochemicals, Food & Pharmaceuticals, Advanced Manufacturing, Transport and multiple manufacturing sectors.
With over 16 years of business development, strategic procurement, supply chain management and industrial intralogistics experience, Daniel is responsible for growing the various business units through strategic execution, business development, project management as well as overseeing day to day management and operations.
Daniel is knowledgeable in MRO commodity, on a broad range of indirect industrial supplies and possess deep industry specific domain knowledge in the strategic sourcing of complex goods and services, in accordance with the most stringent corporate policies and procedures.
He is well-versed with integrated supply solutions and vendor-managed inventory programmes and has a proven track record in successfully implementing services across eProcurement, Transactional Processing, Inventorial optimisation, Strategic Procurement Solutions, Engineering Support and Global Solutions.
